Traditional distribution networks are increasingly reaching their limits. They are unable to respond flexibly to sudden demand peaks or efficiently utilize local production from renewable energy sources. This is particularly evident in industrial zones, public facilities, and in the development of electromobility, where insufficient grid connection often prevents the implementation of modern energy solutions.\r\n<br><br>\r\nPV SERVICE PLUS responds to these challenges by combining modern BESS battery systems with its own energy management software (EMS) for real-time energy flow control. The technology stabilizes the grid, balances peaks, optimizes consumption and photovoltaic power plant operation, and at the same time enables the introduction of electromobility even in locations with limited grid capacity.\r\n<br><br>\r\n\u201cWithout a smart EMS, a battery is just an energy storage device. One of the currently completed projects is a battery system with an output of 4 megawatts and a capacity of 4 megawatt-hours. The goal of the installation is to stabilize the local distribution grid, ensure trading flexibility, and efficiently cover peak loads. The project is fully connected, and final works are underway before commissioning. \u201cThis project shows that a high-quality battery system is not just an investment. It is an asset that increases the value of the entire infrastructure from day one,\u201d says CEO Radovan Hl\u00f4\u0161ka.\r\n<br><br>\r\nAnother significant installation is a battery system with a capacity of 20 megawatt-hours. It is one of the largest projects in Slovakia. The installation uses a container-based solution managed by PV SERVICE PLUS\u2019s own EMS, which ensures performance optimization, rapid response to the state of the distribution network, and readiness for new requirements related to energy modernization. \u201cLarge battery systems will allow municipalities, cities, and states to prepare for situations that were previously handled only by robust energy systems. Today, a single containerized battery block can do it,\u201d adds the project manager.\r\n<br><br>\r\nPV SERVICE PLUS is currently completing preparations for four of its own projects in Romania with a total capacity of 300 megawatt-hours. These projects are fully prepared for sale in the so-called development ready-to-build phase. They include complete documentation, permits, and technical solutions. Romania needs approximately 4 gigawatt-hours of storage capacity to stabilize the grid and fully utilize the potential of wind and solar resources. \u201cEurope is facing the largest grid transformation since its inception. Capacity battery systems are the only solution that can be built within months, not years,\u201d says the company\u2019s energy analyst.\r\n<br><br>\r\nThe PV SERVICE PLUS project portfolio already exceeds 500 megawatt-hours and is expected to grow by another 1.5 gigawatt-hours next year. The company delivers projects across industrial and large-scale energy segments and focuses on hybrid solutions connecting photovoltaic power plants, battery storage, charging stations, and intelligent energy management. Most installations use the company\u2019s own EMS, tailored to the specific needs of each project.\r\n<br><br>\r\n\u201cBattery systems today can stabilize generation, maximize the use of self-produced energy, and create new opportunities for investors.
